It’s When the Stars Shine Again’s release day! …how? 😂

It was only a couple of months ago that a faint idea of a girl on a star-lit hill popped into my mind, sparking this whole writing adventure. And I honestly didn’t believe it would end in this beautiful novella being available to the world. (Ask people. I almost gave up on it multiple times.)

But now it’s here. It’s available for you to read. And I can’t really believe it. 😆

Now… I’ve talked about WtSSA a ton the last few months. It’s time to let the story speak for itself.

This is quote is from the opening chapter. The first page of WtSSA with its description and setup of the story was especially fun to write.

(Fun fact, it was not actually the first scene of WtSSA that I wrote. I had two scenes from the climax already written before I went back and started from the beginning.)

I’ve been writing about the Mist under the name “shadows” in a different WIP for over a year, and so it was really fun to be able to finally get a peek into what it was like for the elves, who called it the Mist, and were the ones to originally set it free over their own country.

Another scene that I really loved writing. It’s one of the most emotional chapters in the story, and turned out much better than I ever thought it could. (It’s even been rumored to almost make people cry…)
