Discover the next generation of storytellers …
I’ve been sharing about the Voices of the Future anthologies for quite a while now.
But what are they?
Why are they important?
And why am I now getting published in one?
Well. Every year, the Author Conservatory’s graduating class works together to publish four anthologies. These collections are each class’s capstone project. A culmination of everything we’ve learned, and a way to push our career forward.
Because here’s more to Voices of the Future than just stories.
These anthologies are our beacon, a platform where our voices as young aspiring authors are heard for the first time. It’s our chance to share our dreams, our hopes, and our tales with the world.
They are also a fundraiser to help us students pursue our writing dreams!
As a part of Author Conservatory’s class of 2027, I am SO honored to be in the eleventh edition of Voices of the Future. 100% of the proceeds from this anthology go toward helping me and my classmates achieve our dreams I am personally saving my proceeds to attend writing conferences next year to pitch my novels to agents and publishers.

The eleventh edition of Voices of the Future weaves together short stories of dreams & determination in a memorable and heartwarming collection. Experience the next generation’s creativity and vision through these brief tales from rising young creatives.

My short story, All That Flickers, is a gothic fantasy set in a historical Paris. Phantom of the Opera gains starlight magic and talking owls when a young lighting technician must brave the haunted theater to refill his magical lanterns and save his twin’s debut acting performance.
…even though he’s afraid of the dark…and the phantoms are drawn to candlelight.
