Did you know that the Voices of the Future anthologies are fundraisers?
100% of every copy sold comes back to us authors, to fund the beginnings of our careers.
For me, that means every copy sold goes towards a ticket to the Author Conservatory’s annual conference, where I’ll be pitching my novel to agents and editors, and walking the stage with my fellow class of 2027. ✨
I’m still fifteen pre-orders away from hitting that goal—and I need your help.
Release day is THREE DAYS AWAY, which means you have three days left to pre-order and help me reach my fundraising goal.
If you haven’t snagged your own signed copy of Voices of the Future: Stories of Dreams and Determination yet, NOW is your chance!!
And who knows…you might just be supporting your next favorite author along the way. 🤍
Readers’ Thoughts on All That Flickers:
“This is my second story by this author, and I love how she has a persistent theme of finding beauty in the darkness. I feel like this one could also be read as an allegory. I liked that sarcastic little owl, and I definitely appreciated the reminder that courage allows us to see things we’d never see otherwise 💙”
~ Katja L.
“I loved this story! The writing was beautiful, and the characters felt full and alive even in their limited screen time.”
~ M.P.
Alexander became a magical lantern technician to follow his twin into the theatre without the risk of the dimly-lit floating stages. Single-handedly lighting a performance at the notorious Hantée Brume will guarantee his place with her troupe, away from the dark heights.
…until the magic of the lanterns dies out, smothered by the Hantée Brume’s shadows.
As the only one who knows how to refill the magic, Alexander and his talking owl must brave the darkened backstage—and the phantoms wandering the halls…
